I can't believe I have the most disgusting cold in the world. *Blah*
All my plans out the window......
BUT, I did manage to pop into the op-shop on my way to the chemist to get cough medicine this morning. (Before I started feeling too awful.)When I was in there a man came in with a bag of darling little aprons/smocks handmade by his mother who used to sell them at markets. The poor old dear had 'done a hip' and wasn't doing markets anymore so 'the goods' were given to the oppie. I bought 3 because my little Moo is the messiest girl I know and we have bought her an easel and other art supplies for Christmas. They will make a wonderful addition to her loot. Yay! Op-shop Gods smiling on me again : )

It's so sweet that they've found a lovely new home with lots of appreciation!
Yes, they couldn't have found a more appreciative home. I was looking at the bias binding work on it and thinking - that would take me ages!! And it's so neat too. I'll have to put a pic on.
Nice find at the oppie. Do you visit one north or south of the railway line? Or will it have to remain a closely guarded secret?!
I visit a couple actually. The one behind Pulse (near Coles) the one near Mitcham station (near the Pizza and Indian restaurants on Mitcham Rd) and the one opposite Forest Hill Chase. I don't really like the Salvos around here - they are too organised and therefore (?) expensive. (It's all relative I guess but paying $7 for a used Target T-shirt is a bit rich if you ask me.....)
